Why did you start your business?

In 2016, I had the the opportunity to work under the best in the business world of Merchant Processing Services. as an agent I get to provide white glove services to big and small business owners and helping them succeed and grow.

What do you love about your business?

I love helping people obtain their processing services and know the ins and outs of the business. All of my relationships are long term and can always rely on me to get to the bottom of any issues that arise day or night. This is not a 9-5 job and I offer white glove service from beginning to end.

What were some of your biggest business challenges and how did you overcome them?

I overcame the challenges of commuting day to NYC and working with layers of management that were decision makers. In 2016, I was given the great opportunity to work inside the merchant service world and from there was able to find my way to help others in business. I am there very step of the way and even through the years of relationship management.

What advice would you give others in your industry?

In this business my advise is to make sure that one is honest and be upfront and do your best to help a small business owner the same way you would help a large company. Relationships will be long lasting and trust goes along way in this business.

My favorite business tools are_____

Google Analytics, SBA, Score, Canva

What were some of your first steps to success?

I had to be willing to leave the corporate world and learn from the bottom up being in the other side of the table. I was in banking and was able ti take that knowledge and adjust to how the other side of the business worked in merchant processing. I didn’t start as an agent but did start as an Underwriter that gave me the upper hand and understanding of what goes into being in this industry.

The biggest success I ever had was when I _____

I took that leap of faith off the ledge of a zip lining base and after that I felt invincible and started to make positive changes personally and professionally with no fear.

I believe that success is based on _________

The willing to learn and grow in the industry and taking that knowledge and expanding it to help others. Plenty of businesses don’t know all the regulations of Visa and MasterCard and the behind the scenes of how the process works. Hard work and a lot of questions from professionals in this business have helped me have the success.

The secret to my success is_________

Hard work, asking questions and researching the details that go into obtaining an account. Evaluating the risks involved and overall being driven and being honest and what you see is what you get. Kindness and understanding goes along way.
